The song rooftop was a great song that related to my topic. The way I related this to my topic was that the artist was mainly talking about how nobody would even consider him a somebody, and that he finally made it. The overall theme was before he wasn’t even allowed in the building, and now he’s on the rooftops. My question was how does having body modifications affect getting a job, or keeping a job. The way the song ties into this song would be the people with body modifications were not allowed certain rights. But soon they will have the rights of any other person. Even the artist who sings this is covered in body modifications. This just goes to show that body modifications are becoming more popular and more common. That employers are going to have to learn to deal with a society that is always changing.

Follow up
In my second research memo I plan identifying the laws that are established or bills that are trying to get passed to protect American citizens with body modifications. I also want to look into news papers to see if there is any stories about people getting fired because of having visible body modifications.
My context
My target audience was the younger generation. The reasoning being that in the newer generations it seems that the people tend to express their feelings through body modifications. From that I based my age groups from 18 to 40. These age groups include the less formal generations. This meaning that workers no longer were suits to work, but more relaxed clothing. This is not the newer generation’s problem for dressing or expressing themselves the way they were raised.
Data analysis
Data analysis- When looking at the data above its clear that the male and female body both have different views on body modifications. From one of the research questions "should there be a law protecting the people with body modifications from being fired or not hired based on having body modifications." From this question I noticed that the men said no there shouldn't be a law protecting the people with body modifications, but the women said that there should be a law protecting the people with body modifications. I then looked back at the different questions, and it amazed me how the male and the female gender voted complete different for each answer that involved protecting the people with body modifications. This amazed me that the male and female gender has such different views on the subject.

story behing my topic
As a teenager, body modifications have always caught my eye. This would include tattoos and piercings. Body modifications are a way of expressing your feelings or thoughts. Over the years people have started to judge human beings based on this form of expression. My friends and family have been through this situation. It not only hurt them finically, but the fact that someone would judge another based on their looks effected them emotionally. People say this type of discrimination will never end, and that people will always be prejudice. I say that we the people should not tolerate what others think that we are humans, and that we will be treated as such.
Hypothesis
My topic was how the people of the United States are being fired because they changed the way their body looked. When people hear about this they will be enraged. When they hear about how employers are firing people based on their looks. I think people will learn to except what people put on their body, and learn to live with it. If our country does not learn how to handle people with body modifications, then were still in the Stone Age accepting people only by their looks.
